About Us

As a member of the National Association of Estate Agents I have always championed better regulations within our industry. My decision to create Gregorys is the result of many years of experience gaining recognition in both residential sales and lettings, most recently as a Director of a well-regarded Bristol based firm. During my years I have gained valuable experience in both residential and commercial sales and lettings.

I am immensely proud of what we have created in Gregorys, however I understand that only our hard work and commitment to our clients will help us grow and become successful.

To work and live in the same area has always been an aspiration of mine. During my career I have seen how estate agents view their role within the community. Good independent agents appreciate how important it is to be involved, and be part of the local community. To be as active as we are gives me great satisfaction, every school fayre we attend, every event we help publicise enables the area to thrive, an area that I am proud to be resident of.

Having grown up in the area, Kara is pleased to call Keynsham her home.

Residing in the town with her fiancé and two daughters, Kara knows only too well the attraction of living here. With her background in lettings, she learnt her trade in the historic town of Bath where she worked for a respected firm for 8 years.

Kara therefore brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as negotiator for Gregorys and is excited to provide a personal & knowledgeable service whilst growing the lettings business.

Originally from West Wales, Louis now lives in Bath having moved across to study music at Bath Spa University.

Whilst he is a dab hand at playing the saxophone, Louis also comes with a strong background in lettings but has now turned his hand to sales where he is proving to be just as good as he is at playing the saxophone!

With valuable years of industry experience behind her, Leigh’s knowledge and skills provide our clients with the high level of service they come to expect, and with Leigh living in Keynsham herself, she continues our ethos of local knowledgeable people providing that personal service!

Tina is a fantastic addition to our business, bringing with her a great deal of experience not just with selling homes but with her firsthand experience of living in various parts of our city. Tina impresses with her friendly and personal attitude.

Filling one of the most vital roles within Gregorys is Sharon as our In-house Sales Progressor. ‘Experienced’ doesn’t even seem to cover it when it comes to putting into words Sharon’s wealth of knowledge in the Estate Agency Industry and her ability to get the job done! Ensuring Sales turn into Clients realities is her speciality and carrying it out with the upmost professionalism gets noted by many happy sellers and buyers!

Phoebe has joined the family to fill an important role in supporting our rapidly expanding lettings business. Already establishing herself as a key part of the team, Phoebe is embarking on a new career having successfully achieved a first in her degree in International business studies. Having spent many years living in Bath, Phoebe brings with her a wealth of knowledge of the city.
